This year WRUW will once again air the Annual Homelessness Marathon, which is in its tenth year of broadcast. If you recall, WRUW was the host station of this event only a few years ago. This year, the Marathon is being hosted by community-run station KFCF out of Fresno, California.

For 14 hours, WRUW will set aside its normal programming to air this broadcast starting at 7 PM on Tuesday, February 20th, and ending at 9 AM on Wednesday, February 21st.

The Homelessness Marathon, the world's leading radio broadcast focusing on homelessness and poverty, airs on over 100 radio stations nationwide. More than 30 stations across Canada carry a parallel Canadian Homelessness Marathon.
